Our client - Leading international marketing solutions company is looking for
Administrative Manager
Key Requirements:
– 3+ years experience in a similar position with an international company
– Excellent written and spoken HUNGARIAN is a must!!!
– English - upper intermediate is a plus
– Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
– MS*BS degree in Law, Economics, Administrative Management, Business Administration
– Business ethics
– Excellent communication skills, negotiation experience with foreign partners
– Entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude, ability to multi-task and easy creations, stress-resistant, punctual and well-organized, highly responsible, intelligent, pleasant-looking
Responsibilities:
– Opening office (Establishing business relationships with legal authorities, gathering all needed documentation for starting the business, office rent)
– Recruiting office staff
– Assisting and translation during business meetings
– Performing all administrative activities (office rent, equipment and materials purchasing, arranging meetings, incoming*outgoing correspondence, supervising relations with office suppliers)
– Administrative expenses budgeting
– Managing accounting activities (invoices, cash withdrawals, etc.)
– Preparing weekly activity reports
Company offers:
– Salary – 6000 UAH
